Eighty-year-old Delia Kennedy is embarking on a 100-mile walk throughout March to raise funds for St Petrocks, Exeter's homelessness charity.
Delia, a seasoned charity walker, is no stranger to challenging herself for worthy causes. Having walked for various charities over the past two years, she is determined to continue her mission in 2024.
This month, Delia has chosen to support St Petrocks, an organisation that has been providing vital support to Exeter's homeless community for over 27 years.
Delia's 100-mile journey began on March 1.
"I am so grateful for my health and the ability to walk," said Delia. "This walk is my way of giving back and raising awareness for the important work that St Petrocks does."

St Petrocks offers a lifeline to Exeter's homeless population, providing essential services such as daily meals, outreach support, access to healthcare, and assistance with finding housing.
With fundraising becoming increasingly difficult for many charities, Delia hopes her walk will encourage the community to donate to St Petrocks.
Donations can be made directly through St Petrocks website: https://stpetrocks.org.uk/ Please specify that the donation is for Delia's walk.
Delia's unwavering commitment to helping those in need is an inspiration to all. Her dedication to St Petrocks serves as a reminder of the crucial role charities play in supporting vulnerable members of our society.
