A man has suffered a head injury following a crash on a busy A-road. It happened on the A396 at Bickleigh at around 1.20pm.
The road was closed as of 3pm with diversions in place. Police confirm the crash involved two vehicles, with one man suffering a head injury not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing.
A spokesperson said: "Police were notified at around 1.20pm to reports of a two-vehicle collision on Exeter Road on the A396 at Bickleigh.

"One man has sustained a head injury as a result. Injuries are not believed to be life-changing or life-threatening.
"A road closure is in place while emergency services deal with the incident as quickly as possible."
Stagecoach buses are being diverted via the M5, with traffic in the area queueing. They tweeted: "due to an accident near Bickleigh out 55 services can not get through so will be diverting via the M5 sorry for any inconvenienced caused."
