New Government statistics show a slight rise in the number of positive coronavirus cases in Devon and Cornwall.
Yesterday, there was a marked drop in the week-on-week numbers as they fell from 192 to 129.
But fresh figures released today show a slight rise with 146 recorded - an increase of 17.
This is thought largely to be as a result of tests from Monday starting to work their way through the system.
But today's figure is well down compared to last Thursday, which saw 220 new cases across Devon and Cornwall.
Like yesterday, Budleigh Salterton in East Devon remains the place with the highest number of cases in the county with 26 - down one on yesterday's numbers.
Its infection rate of 418.1 per 100,000 people also remains comfortably the highest in Devon.
It comes on a day when a further death of someone who had tested positive for Covid-19 was announced, this time at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital.
It has also been revealed that Sandy Park, home of Exeter Chiefs, is set to be used as one of Devon's two mass coronavirus vaccination sites.
The proposed second site is yet to be revealed.
It was also revealed today that another 13,430 people have tested positive for Covid-19 in the UK, with 603 more having died after contracting the disease.
The latest government figures bring the total number of cases in the UK to 1,643,086 - and the total number of deaths within 28 days of a positive test to 59,051.
