The owner of an 'out of control' dog is wanted by police after an incident in East Devon. The dog is described as being a 'large' breed, possibly crossed with a pitbull.
On Thursday, April 11, around 2pm, police were called to reports of a disturbance in The Byes, in Sidmouth. Officers from Devon and Cornwall Police are investigating an incident involving the dog in the area of Sid Park Road.
The owner of the dog is described as a white male, approximately 60 years old, slim build with broad shoulders and grey hair with a grey beard.

He was seen wearing a black jacket and blue jeans at the time of the incident. The dog was described as being large, white with black markings and is potentially cross bred with a pitbull. Anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information is urged to contact 101 quoting 50240085770 .
