Spring has sprung, Easter is on the way and attractions across Devon have some cracking activities planned. There are a whole host of egg-cellent events planned for families to enjoy - with everything from Easter trails to workshops and animals to meet and cuddle.
You can win chocolate treats by taking part in Easter egg hunts at farms, gardens and theme parks across Devon. And if you're had quite enough of the sweet stuff for one holiday, creative kids can head to RAMM in Exeter to make their own comic strips and woven paper artwork.

Easter chicks in Clovelly
Children can win a prize in Clovelly from March 29 to April 1 by spotting the location of Easter chicks perched up and down the High Street and along to the quay. Participants will need to mark the location of the chicks on a village map from the visitor centre - then return it to reception to claim the prize if they spot at least ten.

Egg trail and honey tasting
There's fun for all the family at Quince Honey Farm this Easter, including an Easter Egg Trail (on selected dates), honey tasting, seed planting, indoor and outdoor play plus the return of their beekeeping demos. The Easter activity programme runs daily from 10.30am to 4.30pm.

Exeter and East Devon
Paper weaving and print
At RAMM in Exeter you can have fun with paper weaving and print on April 3 and 10. Make your own woven paper artwork from hand printed papers and create a collage of your own designs based on pictures from the ‘Pressing images’ printmaking exhibition.
Take part in Comic Strip Capers on April 4 and 11 to design your own single-page comic strip, then print it on a hand-turned printing press. On April 9, you also make your own printing roller to create amazing patterns.

Pirate adventure
Head to Crealy Theme Park for a pirate adventure across the park with their Eggs Marks The Spot - Pirate Themed Easter Egg Hunt, which is on daily between March 29 and April 14. Use your very own treasure map to win an egg-ceptional chocolate prize.

Seaton Tramway Easter "Egg-tram-aganza"
Join Seaton Tramway on the Easter weekend for their free Easter "egg-tram-aganza". Children aged 15 and under can pick up a free activity sheet from March 29 to April 1. Find Gilbert the Station Master’s Goose and its Cheeky Chicks and complete the sheet to win an Easter treat.
On April 10 the Pirate Tram ‘the Seaton Pearl’ will also set sail again. And on April 12 the Sensory Story Tram returns for babies and very young children.

Easter trail at The Donkey Sanctuary
Complete the Easter trail at The Donkey Sanctuary in Sidmouth from March 19 to April 12 to get a prize. Spring trail at Pecorama
The season kicks off at Pecorama on March 26 with a spring trail where you can uncover the secrets of the Cheeky Moles. Hunt for numbered boards, then challenge yourself with spot-the-difference sheets to mark off the correct board.
There will also be a special visit from Andeer Line on April 6. Based on the Bernina Line in Switzerland, the Andeer line gives visitors the opportunity to see and operate a HOm scale model railway as if they were drivers on the real thing.

Easter activities at Killerton
Follow the trail route around the garden and chapel grounds at the National Trust's Killerton and complete each fun-filled activity - and don’t forget to collect your chocolate egg at the end. To take part, pick up a dog friendly trail sheet from visitor reception and follow the egg way markers in the front park.
Easter Adventures at Killerton will run from March 23 to April 9 and it's £3 per trail. Visitors can also see Killerton’s fashion exhibition exploring children’s clothes from the 19th and 20th centuries.

Easter Egglow at Kents Cavern
