Just some of the exciting roles that are currently available:

First aider/operational support

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a first aider to join the team within the Park Operations department, working alongside the rides team. For this role, you will need to be a friendly, enthusiastic person who can communicate with a broad range of people from different backgrounds and ages. Empathy, assertiveness, and teamwork are key.

You will be carrying out treatment of injuries or illnesses for guests or team- members at the First Aid Centre or around the park. You will need to complete the relevant and required accident/treatment reporting documentation accurately. You will ensure that you are always delivering the best possible customer service, assisting, and greeting guests, being ready to assist them with any queries they may have.

Experienced chef with immediate start

Crealy is looking for an experienced chef to join the team. You will be working closely with the Kitchen Manager (Head Chef) and be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of fresh food across the park.

Duties will vary from cooking a traditional home-cooked pub menu in the Clubhouse located at the holiday resort, to fresh chicken dishes in the Chicken Shack, to supporting the launch of the new fresh fish & chips and pizza concepts.

You will have a role in staff planning, supervision and training, plus stock control, stock taking and ensuring all company health and hygiene practices are adhered to.

Mechanical engineer

Two mechanical engineers are needed to join the expanding team. Crealy has some exciting new projects happening and this is a great time to join the team.

The mechanical engineers are responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical rides at Crealy Theme Park and Resort. This is a responsible role for an experienced, safety-conscious person who will remove, install, repair and test all electromechanical equipment of rides, animation, attractions and buildings.

Rides and attractions manager

Crealy is looking for a highly motivated, effective leader with proven success overseeing an operational team. You will be managing a team of ride operators, ensuring the highest levels of health and safety standards and customer service are maintained at all times.

Along with recruiting, training and providing ongoing support to the team, you will personally act as an ambassador for the theme park throughout the day, helping to create first-class experiences for guests.

Food and beverage operations manager

The food and beverage operations manager is a key member of the team in delivering an exceptional guest experience on a daily basis across the resort.

You will have a passion for all things food, drinks, and hospitality. As a self-motivated team player, you will lead from the front in the park's bars, restaurants, and kiosks.

You will provide supportive and inspirational leadership with a keen focus on training and coaching your team at the heart of your operations. You will work closely with the commercial management team to help develop the department across the park and resort.
