Singer-songwriter Gabrielle, who is celebrating 30 years in the music business this year, is the latest headliner confirmed for Party on the Pitch at Exeter’s Sandy Park Stadium in the summer. British musical collective Soul II Soul will be joining her in Devon on Sunday, June 25.
Party on the Pitch is taking place over two consecutive weekends – June 17-18 and 24-25. The event will be the first time that the Exeter stadium, home of top rugby side Exeter Chiefs, has hosted live music concerts.
Stars already announced include Ronan Keating, Blue and East 17 on June 17. Will Young, Natalie Imbruglia and Corinne Bailey Rae are set to perform on June 24.

Gabrielle rose to fame in 1993 with her distinctive soulful voice. Her debut single Dreams topped the UK charts and earned her a Brit Award for Best British Breakthrough Act. As well as two Brit Awards, Gabrielle has also won a Black Music Award, Ivor Novello Award and two MOBO Awards.
She was one of the headline acts at A Perfect Day at Powderham Castle last summer. She is performing at Plymouth Pavilions on October 7.
Joining Gabrielle will be Soul II Soul, founded by Jazzy B. They rose to prominence in the late 1980s and early 1990s with their blend of soul, R’n’B and hip-hop, and are best known for their hit singles Keep on Movin’ and Back to Life.
Supporting the line-up are British soul group The Real Thing, who formed in the 1970s and whose hits include You to Me Are Everything, Can’t Get By Without You and Can You Feel the Force?
Tickets for June 25 go on sale at 10am on Monday. Tickets for June 17 and 24 are available now from Sandy Park’s Ticket Hub.
