Major traffic built up on a key route through Devon following a crash this afternoon, Saturday, April 6. Drivers were queueing on the A30 in both directions between Viney Lane and the Rawridge turn-off, north of Honiton.
Google Maps showed very slow traffic in that area. It is currently unclear how many vehicles were involved or if anyone was injured in the incident. Devon and Cornwall Police have been contacted for further information. The incident had cleared by around 1.30pm.
Traffic site Inrix has reported: "Queueing traffic due to accident on A30 in both directions between Viney Lane (Rawridge) and the Rawridge turn off (Monkton)." AA traffic news has also confirmed the queuing traffic is due to a crash.
